Whether you are a teacher, school nurse, sports coach, community worker, or a parent/guardian we have designed our Treasure Your Chest resources to support you to deliver high quality breast education across a variety of settings.
Our Treasure Your Chest resources empower girls to know and love their breasts and aims to support them to:
Increase understanding of breasts and how they vary in different people
Explain the importance of a well-fitting bra and how to check correct bra fit
Feel more confident to talk about breast health and manage breast care
Our flexible Treasure Your Chest resources are free to download for non-commercial* use and can be delivered in one 60-minute session, or split into three 20-minute sessions depending on the context in which you are delivering them and the time you have available. Comprehensive educator guidance is provided to help you tailor delivery for different students/groups.
